・Dinner/Breakfast are Available in A la carte style (Optional Charges) at “Hifumi Shokudo”, our hotel's  dining room.
 
All the food will be freshly deliciously cooked with a lot of love as it was in Wasai Kaiseki Dinner Course.   The menus will include various kinds of food such as organic, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc. to meet different dietary needs.  We hope these variations of dishes will meet our guests' needs  more personally, offering enjoyable meal time.  Guests can also enjoy Wasai Kaiseki Dinner Course (advance booking necessary)  for this winter season. 

*Although our restaurant “Hifumi Shokudo” is open to visitors, we put the highest priority on our guests.   
 
*Hifumi Shokudo has irregular closing days. Dinner/Breakfast options are not available on those days.
